So I Googled this and found out there is somewhere you can download these 'skins' so your sims are anatomically correct. I've been over to the TSR website downloading a few new hairstyles and a few clothes and I noticed many of the sims in the pictures (the men at least) have nipples. Not sure where to put this, but the misc chatterbox seems like an okay place.
